Homemade Pizza

Paul bought me the BEST cookbook a few weeks back:



Needless to say, he's been the guinea pig for my new creations. One of my favorite recipes so far was for pizza dough. The dough turned out very tasty (I used 1/2 white flour and 1/2 whole wheat flour). It was nice and crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside. I topped it off with thinly sliced zucchini, garlic, mozzarella & parmesan cheeses, and basil. It was DEEELISH! (and even Paul thought so)...

Wow! As beautiful as pizza can get! I want, I want! (I've heard this is a great book, full of practical ideas on good cooking...)
